The Budget has been labelled one for "makers, doers and savers", with a new advert proclaiming it would "help hardworking people do more of the things that they enjoy".
He asked players what they would do if George Osborne decided to pay their local hall a visit.
"Well I would say come down here ... I think he'd bring us a bit of luck!" says 77-year-old bingo player Shirley Shepherd.
Harry asked Valerie Priest, 70, a former hospital cleaner and proud holder of £12 winnings, what she thought of George Osborne.
“Not a lot. But he did a good job yesterday.” she replies.
So would she vote for him? “No.”
