Vodaphone will inject £100m into its business to employ more people and boost customer experience.
The mobile phone network-provider says it is reponding to "changing" market demands, in which buyers expect face-to-face help when setting up a new phone.
Chief executive Jeroen Hoencamp said the aim is to "create arguably the strongest nework across voice and data for all our customers."
