Seen Sam Shipping Inc., owner of the sunken cargo vessel M/V Sportivo that caused a minor oil spill in Guimaras island province, has paid nearly 2.2 million Philippine pesos ($50,160) in compensatory damages, the Manila Bulletin reported.
