Webchat: Which way will UK house prices go next?

Posted by Unknown on Wednesday, September 3, 2014

Join our live property webchat at 12pm tomorrow and put your questions to estate agents Andrew Perratt, of Savills, and Henry Pryor, property market expert and estate agent to the stars, and the Telegraph property correspondent, Anna White.

UK house prices rose by 8.5pc in 2013, according to Nationwide, and are forecast to rise by 9.5pc by the end of this year .

But with much of the growth achieved in the first half of the year rather than the four months ahead.

Last week Savills revised its forecast of the UK housing market, Nationwide warned of an uncertain future Foxtons signalled a weaker second half in London.

Is the frenzied rise in house prices seen over the last year sustainable? Are we just in a seasonal dip? Where to next for UK house prices and the overheated London market?

To submit a question prior to the event: tweet #propertychat or email anna.white@telegraph.co.uk.
