European Central Bank president, Maria Draghi, is the "ideal 21st century central banker" said James Rickards, portfolio manager at West Shore Funds.
"He's doing enough to keep the Euro together", he said on Bloomberg TV.
The possibility of an ECB rate cut and the state of the European economy was also discussed.
