A Swiss watchmaker's take on the Apple Watch

Die-hard Apple fans waited hours to purchase the awaited iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 plus last week, but next year the Apple Watch goes on sale.




Swiss watchmakers Parmigiani Fleurier know know about this anticipation. The company makes luxury timepieces that can take as long as two years to manufacture.




Luxury wristwatch maker and Parmigiani Fleurier CEO Jean-Marc Jacot shared his thoughts on the Apple Watch.




He said: "Today, almost nobody has just one watch. And I think it's a complementary watch.




"This is the future for sure."
